Happy Valentines Day

Heart bookmarks for my small group, my Cubbie Leaders and then some!
This is why I love the tiny loom. I can make 5 bookmarks in no time at all, and I could put on a warp for two or three without any trouble. It is much less daunting than warping a larger inkle loom. It just feels more spontaneous.

enough sheep already. I need a sheep photo shop. I have been posing my knitted sheep toys-then looking for the camera.
Do I know how to procrastinate or what?
Now it is turtle time.

If All Else Fails, Knit a Sheep

Ok. Having convinced myself that I still know how to knit, I am willing to retry the hat. But if it drives me to drink, At least I will have cute cuddly company.

stupid gauge

OK. so NOT ready for prime time. who knew that gauge and needle size and handspun could create the perfect storm of ripitbackagain.

I need to weave and remind myself that I am good at something.

Meanwhile back on the ranch...stuffed sheep. one nearly done, one half done, and I think that I am about ready for a new color for my sheep. For Elsa.

one size does not fit all. ever. but you can adjust size to fit with a little determination and perseverance. Nearly ready for the photo.

one duplicate balloon bag-finished minus the button.

the big finish

I managed to finish the balloon bag straps and closure. That will have to be enough of a big finish for this year.
I also started knitting a hat. I know, what does that have to do with inkle weaving? Well, it is knitted by an inkle weaver. and maybe it will have an inkle woven label.
It could happen.
